<p>The diet is broken down into 3 phases or waves.</p>
<p><strong>Wave 1</strong><br />
During the first 10 days of the diet you will be breaking your body&#8217;s habit of sugar and refined flour consumption.  These are the things that have contributed the greatest to your weight gain.  During this wave you will lose weight the quickest.</p>
